I have made it with peanut butter before as well. This fast and easy smoothie has some healthy fats, a touch of protein, and some blueberry anti-oxidants for good measure. Anyone out there diagnosed with Raynauds and inflammation-scleroderma? These fruits are loaded with anti-oxidants as well so load up on your berries! When I came across this smoothie I was unsure due to the cayenne, but thus is delicious!!! Nuts.
